One of the best things about dancing is that while you’re having fun moving to music and meeting new people, you’re getting all the health benefits of a good workout. We have classes for all ages and abilities – Gentle Fitness and Silver Swans aimed at the over 65’s. Don’t worry if you haven’t done much for a while. These exercises are easy and gentle at a pace that suits you! Chair based, balance and core strength exercises.
